More information on the webinar
Recently, as interest in English classes using literary works has increased, many teachers have used them in classes, but literary works have been mainly used within the ELT textbooks to improve English reading skills. This webinar aims to explore various strategies to show that literary works are worth more than English reading materials. Therefore, this session will focus on introducing strategies that can strengthen learners' capabilities, such as improving creativity, critical thinking, aesthetic sensibility, and problem-solving skills through literature-based classes. In addition, I want to show that literature-based English classes can incorporate various types of teaching and learning skills using online platforms, digital tools, or applications.
