Beomsik is fulfilling the mission, To accelerate the world’s transition to borderless talent exchange, through Supercoder, a Tech HR platform, has attracted over 200,000 IT professionals across 115 countries, linking them with IT companies in places. It addresses global IT talent shortages while providing employment opportunities in areas of high unemployment. Recognised with awards from ASOCIO and the Ministry of SMEs and Startups. 

Joonghoon Lee

Joonghoon Lee (University of Oxford)

Majormap, CEO

Joonghoon is the CEO of Major Map Co., an AI-powered career planning service used by 550,000 users in Korea. It was selected as a promising startup in East Asia by Holon IQ, and recognised by the Minister of Trade, Industry and Energy Award and the Incheon Metropolitan City. The company is expanding globally to the USA, the UK, and Vietnam, addressing information asymmetry in career education. It has attracted investment from well-known tech investment companies in Korea and USA. 

Junic Kim

Junic Kim (University of Manchester, University College London)

Professor and Chair of the Department of Business Administration, Konkuk University

Prof Kim, as an Academic Entrepreneur, founded a startup during his UK doctoral studies, successfully leading it through an M&A. Today, he is committed to cultivating future leaders through his teaching and research in entrepreneurship and corporate innovation strategy. His research has garnered numerous awards, and as a FRSA he is committed to cultivating future leaders and advancing entrepreneurial scholarship.
