Requesting additional Test Report Forms for reporting
Institutions need original copies of your Test Report Form. Photocopies will not be accepted. We can send your additional Test Report Forms(A-TRFs) directly to institutions you are applying to (for instance universities, immigration officers, etc. Check the full list of institutions where accepts IELTS score at this page - IELTS recognising organisations. Please note that it takes about 3 working days to process your A-TRF requests upon checking the application form and payment.

Important Notes
- You will need to provide the institution’s accurate address to avoid postage failure cases.
- If your target institution has access to IELTS Test Report Form Verification Service, they can view your results after we have submitted them electronically. For online reportings, it costs no administration fee.
- In case they do not access this service, we will send your TRF by post.
- If your test centre has been closed, you can order additional test report forms from ielts.org.
- Request additional copies on Test Taker Portal if you took tests on 5 December 2023 and onward.
